COGNOS data update delayed 10/13/2015

Good Morning,

 

Technicians have identified and resolved an issue that caused a delay in updating COGNOS report data this morning. The data load is being performed now and is expected to be complete in one to three hours.  If you run a COGNOS report before 11 a.m. today it may not contain data from September 4.  Please wait to run COGNOS reports until after 11 a.m. this morning.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 55984

 

A notification will be sent to confirm all data updates are complete.
