Duplicate Entries on the NMVTIS Inquiry Error Report

 

Please review and distribute as appropriate.

Transactions processed by your office on Friday, September 5, printed on the NMVTIS Inquiry Error Report you received yesterday morning, September 9, as expected. Transactions processed by your office on Monday, September 8, printed on the NMVTIS Inquiry Error Report you received this morning.  However, the report you received this morning also contains NMVTIS Errors from transactions processed on September 5.  The errors from transactions processed on September 5 that appeared on today’s report are duplicates of those you received on yesterday’s report.

No special action is required on your part.  Please process your NMVTIS Errors from yesterday and today accordingly.  The duplicate transactions that appeared on today’s report do not require additional processing.

If there are any changes or updates to this information, we will communicate those to you as soon as possible.
