Enhanced Defect / Issue Communication Process Survey

Recently the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) hosted a webinar to introduce the enhanced issue communication process to counties. Issues occur when a system or application does not perform as expected. This could range from a major issue that hinders your ability to do business, to an inconvenience that requires a workaround. Issues are typically reported to the Service Desk. 

 

The new enhanced communication process was developed from your feedback indicating that you would like more information as your reported system issues work through the resolution process. Additionally, the TxDMV would like to gather your input on additional communication efforts that may further improve the issue communication effort.
