GovDelivery Launch Date – May 1, 2014

Dear VTR Electronic Mailing (e-mail) List Subscriber:

On May 1, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) will launch a new digital subscription service to replace the current listserv systems we use to deliver information to our stakeholders.

Only VTR e-mail list subscribers will be automatically subscribed to the new system. You will be able to manage your subscriptions including having the option to receive some notifications via text message. Employees who are currently not on the VTR e-mail list will need to subscribe through the TxDMV website.

To avoid any correspondence in your spam/junk folder, please be advised that beginning May 1 notifications from the TxDMV will come from this email address: TxDMV@public.govdelivery.com.

On May 1, all subscribers will receive an automatic email from GovDelivery to remind them of the change and explain how to manage their subscriptions. If you do not receive this email, you may subscribe to receive information on this and other TxDMV topics by clicking on the envelope icon in the “Join the Conversation” section at the bottom of our webpage: www.TxDMV.gov. Please see the attachment for complete instructions on how to subscribe and manage your account.

If you have any questions, please contact your local TxDMV Regional Service Center.

Thank you,

Randy Elliston, Director
Vehicle Titles and Registration Division
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
