Analysis by support staff shows that the RTS System has been continuously available today (6/20/2016). However, there was a brief performance slow down lasting approximately ten minutes between the times of 10:20 – 10:30 a.m this morning (6/20/2016). This may have delayed or impacted transaction processing at a limited number of counties. If you encounter new RTS issues please contact the Service Desk.
