Initial Notification (4/26/2016): Workstations that need to be closed out

 

Good morning,

The RTS system experienced slow response times for some counties when attempting to close out yesterday (4/25/2016).  One or more workstations in your county may need to close out this morning (4/26/2016) before processing new transactions. Please see the list below. If you need assistance closing out on these workstations please contact the Service Desk.

 

Please ensure you run a Transaction Reconciliation Report prior to closing out.  If there were any in-process transactions completed, then those transactions need to be voided.

 

Main Office Instructions before starting new business

  • Check Set Aside > Misc > Complete Vehicle Transactions
  • Cancelling transactions to keep money all on same day
  • Closeout as county normally would at the end of day (Hotkey: Ctl + Shift +Z)
  • Print Detail Reports (Hotkey: Ctl + Shift + 1)
  • Re-Run Substation Summary > select all work stations > Input the date of 4/25/2016
    • Select Funds > Funds Management > Re-run Substation Summary
  • Substation prints Substation Summary Report
  • Main Office then re-runs County Wide Report for report date 1/7/2016
    • Select Funds > Funds Management > Re-Run County Wide Report > Input the date of 4/25/2016
  • Start new business day
