Initial Notification (8/29/2016) IVTRS Issue Identified


Good morning,


An issue has been identified with the IVTRS system that prevents the counties from declining IVTRS transactions that were submitted prior to Sunday (8/28/2016).  Support staff have identified the issue and instructions will be sent out by 10:30 a.m. this morning (8/29/2016) on how to submit these transactions to the Service Desk for resolution. Please contact the Service Desk with any questions after you have received the instructions.
