Good morning,

If your office has been closed for more than 10 calendar days, since 8/25/2017 or before, you will not be able to successfully run the Countywide or Substation Summary reports. Support staff are working to identify a solution. An update will be sent before the close of business today (09/05/2017).

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 143280
