Initial Notification: DPS Vehicle Inspection Lookup Performance Issue (03/11/2018 @ 11:20 AM Central Time)

Good morning, 

 

Support Staff have identified an intermittent performance issue with the Department of Public Safety (DPS) Vehicle Inspection Service.  This issue started on Saturday, March 10, 2018 and may cause a limited number of users to experience delays or other issues completing transactions.

Systems Impacted: All systems below may experience intermittent performance issues that may result in the customer being directed to go to the nearest county office:

  •  IVTRS

Systems Partially Impacted: All systems below may experience intermittent performance issues that may cause delays to transactions of one minute or more:

  • RTS
  • webDEALER
  • webSUB

Note: Support Staff are working with DPS to resolve the issue. A reply to all will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
