INITIAL NOTIFICATION: IVTRS Report Issues 9/7/2017 @ 11:10 AM CDT

Good morning,

 

Two issues have been identified with the IVTRS process. The centralized batch approval process for IVTRS is not showing internet transaction fees collected on their County Wide reports for some counties. Second, the IVTRS Transaction Reconciliation report is showing statewide results instead of individual counties. Support staff are working to resolve the issue.  An update will sent by end of business today (09/07/2017) or as more information becomes available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 143813
