Initial Notification: RTS network issue (06/12/2018@ 1:25 PM)

Good afternoon,

An issue at AT&T has been identified that impacts multiple RTS office locations and prevents users from logging onto the system. Support staff are working with AT&T to resolve the issue. An update will be sent by 3:00 PM Central Time today (06/12/2018) or as more information becomes available.

 

The statewide ticket number for this issue is: 184073
