Initial Notification: RTS performance issue reported (12/22/2017 @ 8:50 AM CST)

Good afternoon,

 

The RTS system encountered a performance issue this morning (12/22/2017) which caused a limited number of users to experience issues closing out their work stations. Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue. An update will sent by 11:00 AM CST this morning, December 22, 2017.
