Isolated RTS Issue (April 2, 2015) – Resolved

Good morning,

An isolated RTS issue impacted a limited number of counties and caused a brief connectivity issue from 10:20-10:42am, Thursday, April 2, 2015.  The system automatically resolved the issue and is fully operational.

The ticket for this problem is 23512
