IVTRS issue identified 1/20/2016

 

Good afternoon,

 

An issue has been identified with the IVTRS system that prevents the processing of “declined” IVTRS transactions.  Support staff have identified the cause and fix.  The resolution will be implemented after the close of business tonight.  If you encounter an issue tomorrow (1/21/2016) that prevents the processing of “declined” IVTRS transactions please contact the Service Desk.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 67334
