Proposed Chapter 217 Admin Rules

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has published in the Texas Register proposed changes to the Texas Administrative Code that affect vehicle titling and registration and could affect your business operations.  These proposed changes are posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on June 23, 2014.  Please find attached a copy of the rules or visit http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/archive/May232014/Proposed%20Rules/43.TRANSPORTATION.html#64.

The rules may be presented to the TxDMV Board for consideration and adoption at its July 18, 2014, meeting.
