Remittance Scanner or HEB Web Services – Error

Good morning,

A problem has been discovered when a county is performing a renewal process utilizing a remittance scanner or HEB web services.  An error message (Exception occurred while trying to invoke service method search renewal) will display when search renewal is performed.

The Support Staff are currently working to resolve the issue.  

The ticket opened for this problem is 23468
