Resolved: eTAG Issue 11/30/2017 @ 5:15 PM CST

Good evening,

 

The issue preventing a small number of users from logging into the eTAG system has been addressed. If you submitted your license renewal on time, or your license expiration date is in the future, and you experience issues logging into the eTAG system please contact the Service Desk. 

 

If your license status is Expired and you did not submit a license renewal, you can still renew using eLICENSING. If your license status is Closed, and you did not submit a renewal,  you will have to reapply for a license using eLICENSING.

 

The state wide ticket number is: 155839

Please remember that after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into eTAG as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this will ensure you always have the full allocation of unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Also remember that unused Internet Down tags are valid for one year from the date they are printed.
