RESOLVED: eTAG system performance issue (9/30/2016 @ 10:52 AM CDT)

 

Good morning,

 

The eTAG system performance issue has been resolved.  Due to the slow performance issue today (9/30/2016) users were unable to print tags from 9:40 AM CDT to 10:52 AM CDT.  Please resume normal business operations.  If you experience new issues with the eTAG system please contact the service desk.

 

Please remember that after using an Internet Down tag, you must enter the information for that tag into eTAG as soon as the system is accessible. Doing this will ensure you always have the full allocation of unused Internet Down tags available when you need them. Also remember that unused Internet Down tags are valid for one year from the date they are printed.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 93824
