RESOLVED: RTS available 3/1/2016

 

Good morning,

 

Texas Department of Information Resources support staff isolated and worked around the issue in the state data center that was impacting RTS connectivity.  The RTS system is operating as expected. If you encounter new issues with RTS or need assistance with closing out from 2/29/2016 please contact the Service Desk.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 71642
