RESOLVED: RTS system issue 11/23/2015

Good Morning,

 

The RTS system is fully operational and immediately available at this time.

 

Important: Please be aware any transaction that completed without a receipt will need to be voided. Please follow the steps below for those transactions.

  • Run a Transaction Reconciliation Report either ‘Since Last Closeout’ or ‘By Date Range’ to find all transactions this morning that completed but did not print a receipt.
  • Void all of these transactions
  • Print a note on the Void Report to say that they do not have a receipt to balance against this void.
  • Re-run the transactions that failed to print a receipt.

If you experience issues printing receipts for new transactions please contact the Service Desk.
