Resolved: Statewide Outage (02/28/2018 @ 5:48 PM CDT)

Good afternoon,

 

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles experienced a network communications outage today (02/28/2018) from 4:23 PM CDT lasting until 5:09 PM CDT resulting in a service outage for RTS, webSUB and the TxDMV phone system. If you experience new issues with RTS, webSUB, or the TxDMV phone system, please contact the Service Desk.

The statewide ticket for this issue is 167444.
