Resolved: webDEALER/eTAG & eLICENSING Issues

TxDMV has resolved issues that impacted certain functions of our webDEALER/eTAG and eLICENSING systems. 

Main functions restored:

• Resetting passwords using Forgot Username and Forgot Password links
• Creating New Users
• Creating New Accounts
