On Monday, May 12, when RTS 7.4.0 was deployed, a bug was identified related to the ‘Approve Batch’ function for Web Agent. Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Service Desk staff sent out notifications to the counties using Web Agent, but some counties may not have received the information. We apologize for any inconvenience. This message is being sent to all counties (even those not using Web Agent) to ensure all affected or interested parties are informed.
This morning, the issue with the ‘Approve Batch’ function in Web Agent was resolved and a fix was deployed to all RTS workstations. The ‘Approve Batch’ function should now work as expected.
