RTS Apportioned Transaction Issue 3/8/2016

 

Good afternoon,

 

An issue has been identified with the RTS system that prevents a limited number of apportioned RPO and title transactions from being completed.  End users may encounter one or both of the following scenarios on the REG0029 screen that will prevent the completion of the apportion transaction:

  • A popup message will occur indicating “Please enter a valid date”.  There is no date field available on the REG0029 screen. Attempting to move forward will result in the popup message occurring again. The end user must cancel or escape out of the transaction. The transaction cannot be completed.
  • The total amount does not match the breakdown of fees.  This will allow the end user to move forward but the fees charged would be wrong.

              

Support staff are working to implement the resolution.  A follow up notification will be sent by 6 p.m. or when an ETA is determined.
