RTS Daily email Reports issue for HQ and RSCs is resolved
An issue had been discovered over the weekend with the generation of daily RTS emailed reports for HQ and Regional Service Centers (RSCs) only. This issue has since been resolved this morning.
The RTS report job is running again and will automatically regenerate weekend reports, beginning from early Saturday morning when the issue was first discovered.
You should receive these reports over the course of this morning.
