RTS Legacy Reports Delayed 8/21/2015
An issue has been identified that prevented the delivery of Legacy RTS system reports to some but not all Legacy counties this morning. Technicians have identified the issue and are working to restart the download process. The reports include the following: 4602, 4603, 4604, 3564, 3665, and 5152.
An update will be sent at 10 a.m. this morning or sooner once an expected time of resolution is determined.
