RTS Outage – Resolved
There was an outage this morning in the San Angelo Data Center which took down RTS and all associated applications. The outage was between 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. this morning. RTS was available at 9:15 a.m. Technicians are researching the cause of the interruption. Any users that attempted to log in before 9:15 a.m. may need to log out and back into to RTS to reset the connection. If you experience new issues please contact the Service Desk.
