RTS performance issue reported in some counties (01/09/2017)



Good morning,


An RTS performance issue was observed between 10:03 – 10:18 AM CDT this morning (01/09/2017) that impacted a limited number of workstations in a limited number of counties. If you are still experiencing issues connecting to RTS, please reboot your workstation. If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk.
