RTS system issue 10/30/2015

Good Morning,

 

An issue has been identified with the RTS system which prevents receipts from being printing or reprinted.  Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue.  No ETA is available at this time.  An update will follow at 10 a.m. or as soon as more information is available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 58530
