RTS system issue 11/23/2015 – 9:45 to 10:10 a.m.
An issue has been identified with the RTS system that prevented users from processing transactions between 9:45 until 10:00 a.m. this morning. The symptoms have cleared and the system is operational. If you continue to experience issues please close all web browsers and log back into the RTS system. If the issue persists please reboot your workstation. If the issue is still present after the reboot please contact the service desk.
