RTS Record Retrieval is unavailable at this time. The problem started at approximately 8:30am, Friday, December 19, 2014. The workstation (RTS) displays “2 Red or 1 Red & 1 Green light (Data Server OR Record Retrieval)”
The Support Staff are currently working to resolve the issue.

Please manually process mainframe unavailable transactions (Renewal, Title Application, Replacement, Exchange, Modify and Temporary Additional Weight) during this period. The document number from the title or renewal notice should be available. You must input all information, including document number, description of the vehicle, owner name(s) and address(es), effective/expiration dates of current registration and other pertinent information.
