RTS – Unavailable

Good morning,

Update: Please be aware that Registration and Title System (RTS)
is unavailable at this time.  The issue affecting RTS also impacts webSUB
and webDEALER.  Support staff have identified an issue and are working to
resolve the problem.  The problem started at approximately 7:00 am,
Wednesday, November 26, 2014.  You will notice the workstation displays a
“Red Light – Data Server Unavailable”. 

The statewide ticket opened for this problem is #8630. Status
updates will be sent hourly until the issue is resolved.  The Texas
Department of Motor vehicles (TxDMV) apologizes for the inconvenience and
interruption to your standard operations.
