Special Plates call center issue Resolved

Good afternoon,

 

Please be aware there is an issue that prohibits the Special Plate group from creating new transactions in RTS.  Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) technicians have identified the resolution.  The fix is scheduled to be implemented tonight and the Special Plates call center will be immediately available for normal operation on Monday January 26, 2015.

 

The ticket number for this issue is: #13861

 

If the Special Plates call center is still down on Monday January 26, please reference incident #13861 and contact the TxDMV Service Desk at 1-877-933-2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday.  If you cannot connect with the RTS Service Desk by phone, please send an email to: ServiceDesk@TxDMV.gov
