UPDATE (10/30/2016 @ 12:50 PM CDT) TxDMV Scheduled Outage Extended to 3 PM

Good morning,


Maintenance jobs ran longer than expected and support staff are now working to perform system validation tasks.  Please note the duration of the outage has been extended until 3:00 PM (10/30/2016).


Systems Impacted: All systems below will be unavailable and unable to access vehicle information during the scheduled time frames below.



10/30/2016 from 05:00 AM CDT extended to 1:00 PM CDT,

  • RTS Online
  • WebSub and webDEALER
  • MyPlates
  • Temp Permits
  • eTags
  • DPS (Law Enforcement) TLETS
  • MVI-Net  

Note: A reply to all will be sent when the outage is complete.  Please contact the Service Desk if you experience system issues after the end of the maintenance.
