UPDATE (10/5/2016 @ 3:00 PM CDT) – RTS unavailable

Good afternoon,

 

The RTS Database system is going through a clean-up process after a system restart.  State data center staff are working to bring the system back to an operational status. Unfortunately, an ETA is not available at this time.  An update will sent by 4:00 PM this afternoon (10/5/2016) if the system is not up, or as more information becomes available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 94335
