UPDATE (6/13/2016 11:00 AM) – RTS available

 

Good morning,

 

The RTS system is now available.  Please resume normal business operations.  TxDMV support staff and the state data center are continuing to monitor the RTS system.  If you cannot process transactions, please reboot your system.  If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk.  A follow up notification will be sent by 12:00 pm today (6/13/2016) or as additional information becomes available.

  

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 82980
