Update (8/29/2016) IVTRS Decline Instructions
An issue has been identified with the IVTRS system that prevents the counties from declining IVTRS transactions that were submitted prior to Sunday (8/28/2016).
If you need to decline a IVTRS transaction that was submitted prior to 10:00 a.m. Sunday (8/28/2016) please place the transaction to be declined on hold in RTS. When all transactions to be declined have been identified and placed in a hold status please provide the list of transactions to the Service Desk by phone or email. TxDMV Support Staff will process the list of transactions provided. You will be contacted by the Service Desk when processing is complete.
