Update: COGNOS system issue 12/07/2015

Good afternoon,

 

The COGNOS system remains unavailable at this time. Support staff have identified the issue and will implement the fix tonight.  The COGNOS system is expected to be available at the open of business tomorrow, December 8, 2015.  A notification will be sent later tonight once the system has been confirmed operational.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 63502
