UPDATE: IVTRS Report Issues (9/8/2017 @ 8:00 AM CDT)

Good morning,

 

The issue where the IVTRS Transaction Reconciliation report shows statewide results instead of individual county results was resolved last night. If you experience new issues with the IVTRS Transaction Reconciliation report please contact the Service Desk.

 

The issue with the County Wide report not showing the IVTRS fees collected has been resolved for counties 1 – 211 and 254. Additional effort is required for support staff to resolve the issue for counties 212 – 253. An update will sent by end of business today (09/08/2017) or as more information becomes available.

 

Important: all transactions approved last night will show an approval date of 9/7/2017.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 143813
