The RTS system is available. The state data center bypassed a faulty network component and performance has improved. Support staff continue to work to resolve the issue.
Please resume normal business operations. Users may still occasionally be intermittently disconnected from RTS. If you are disconnected please wait 60 seconds and attempt to continue your transaction. If you cannot complete your transaction please contact the Service Desk.
