Update: RTS Refactored: title processing fix identified 9/28/2015

Good afternoon,

 

Support staff have identified a resolution for the issue in the Refactored RTS system that affects the processing of a limited number of title transactions.  The fix is currently scheduled to be deployed at 11 p.m. tonight pending final validation.

 

An update will be sent to confirm once the fix has been deployed to production.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 53077
