Update: RTS Refactored: title processing issue 9/28/2015

Good Morning,

 

Support staff are validating potential resolutions for the issue in the Refactored RTS system that affects processing a limited number of title transactions.  There is no current work around and no ETA at this time.

 

An update will be sent by 4 p.m. or as soon as additional information is available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 53077
