UPDATE: RTS remittance issue 3/8/2016

 

Good morning,

 

The issue impacting remittance has been resolved for all counties with the exception of El Paso and Hudspeth which is due to a separate time zone issue.  Anyone not previously able to remit should now have data in the AC0017 screen and should plan to remit normally. The fix for El Paso and Hudspeth will be implemented tonight after business hours. If you experience new issues with remitting funds please contact the service desk.
