UPDATE: RTS status 2/29/2016
Texas Department of Information Resources (TxDIR) Support staff continue to work to identify and resolve the issue at the state data center. This issue has been escalated to highest level of network support at Cisco.
The RTS system is available but some users may continue to experience random disconnects from the system. If you are disconnected you will need to close your browser and log back in to RTS. Interrupted transactions will be in set aside status. An update will be sent out by 6 p.m. tonight or when new information becomes available.
If you have any issues closing out please contact the Service Desk. Additional Service Desk agents will be standing by to assist you. In order to minimize any potential issues out we would recommend you consider the following activities:
- If you are experiencing any communication errors please exit, exit and sign off and then restart RTS.
Set Aside Transactions: If there are any set aside transactions, the close-out status FUN015 screen will pop up the following message: “A Set Aside Transaction Exists.” At that point, you have the option to complete or cancel the transaction. Then you may continue your normal close out process.
- Voids: there may be incomplete transactions that need to be voided. Please follow the normal void procedures.
