Week to Date Report issue (9/10/2016 @ 11:52 AM CDT)

 

Good morning,

 

An issue has been reported in COGNOS with the Week To Date Report.  The fees in the Week To Date Report are doubled compared to the Daily Reconciliation Reports for September 1, 2016 and September 2, 2016.  Support staff are working to identify and resolve the issue.  An update will be sent by 2:00 PM CDT this afternoon (9/6/2016) or as additional information becomes available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 91224
