IVTRS Issue Identified

Good afternoon,

TxDMV has identified an issue affecting the Internet Vehicle Title Registration System (IVTRS) which delays the back end processing of refunds. Please continue to process refund transactions as needed.  These transactions will remain queued until the issue is resolved.  Technicians are working to resolve the issue, however, there is no ETA at this time. A status update will be sent by the end of the business today.

The statewide ticket for this problem is #11294
