IVTRS Issue resolved

Good afternoon,

An interim solution has been implemented to address the issue with the Internet Vehicle Title Registration System (IVTRS) refund process.  As of 3:00 p.m. today, all pending refund transactions had been processed. All ongoing refund transactions may be processed normally.  TxDMV will send notices in the future if there are any customer impacting changes required for a permanent solution to this issue.

The statewide ticket for this problem is #11294
