RTS – Unavailable

Good morning,

Please be aware that RTS is
unavailable at this time.  Support staff have identified an issue and are
working to resolve the problem.  The problem started at approximately 7:00
am, Wednesday, November 26, 2014.  You will notice the workstation
displays a “Red Light – Data Server Unavailable”. 

The statewide ticket opened for
this problem is #8630. Status updates will be sent hourly until the issue is
resolve.  DMV apologizes for the inconvenience and interruption to your
standard operations.

Service Desk is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time), Monday
