RTS unavailable 2/29/2016


Good morning,


An issue is occurring in the state data center that will cause RTS users to be disconnected from the system for short periods of time.  These interruptions can occur randomly but frequently.  These disconnections would interrupt any transactions in progress.  Due to these circumstances the RTS system has been taken offline until the state data center resolves the issue.  Support staff are working to identify and resolve the root cause. Additional notifications will be sent out by 8 a.m. or as new information becomes available.
