RTS / webDEALER reported issue resolution 4/1/2016

Issue Description / Resolution

RRTS -4101

When processing a 5 year vendor plate, RTS charges for 11 months at the 1 year rate rather than the 5 year rate. As a result the system may charge an incorrect rate.


An error message displays when attempting to register an archived Trailer or Token Trailer record with Exempt registration.


When transferring a title for an apportioned registered vehicle and issuing registration from RTS, RTS is not verifying inspection and charging the inspection fee due.

When processing title applications in webDEALER, errors are displaying as a result of the application timing out and encountering communication errors.
